Sports Achiever of the Year Awards Night

We are planning our SAOTY Awards night for Tuesday 6th December 2022 at 19.00 at The Meeting Hall, Denbigh School, Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes MK5 6EX.

Nomination forms will be sent out soon, so please start thinking about your nominations.

Two Grants were awarded this month to Safari Health Hub and Slated Row School.
Total awarded £1128.

Grants Panel Meeting 4 July 2022

This month, two Grants were awarded to Shenley Archers and Stony Stratford Cricket Club. In addition, Bursaries to two talented netball players from MK Dons Netball Club.
Total of £2200 awarded.

Achiever of the Month - May

We had 2 achievers for the month of May
Male and Female - both completed 100 Marathons - quite an achievement.
Club - Redway Runners

Also we have 7 Redway Runners who went to the assistance of a runner who had a seizure on a recent Parks Run. Without their quick thinking the incident could have been very serious.
The runners have donated their cheque to MacMillan.

Support from National Hockey Foundation 16 Sept 2021

presentation For over a decade, the National Hockey Foundation has been administering the legacy funds from the sale of the old National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes. Since then, Sport MK has been supported by the Foundation with annual grants, which have been used to support grass root sports in Milton Keynes.
