3 Redway Runners O18 winners – 2 female and 1 male who have all achieved in various marathons/half marathons whilst raising funds for MIND.

Three Grants awarded this month to MK Pickleball Club, Keeping Kids off the Streets and Newton Leys Stars Football Club. Total awarded £1794. In addition, Bursaries totaling £600 were awarded to two talented badminton players from Sankey Academy.

Over 18 couple who have achieved many medals over the past months mainly at the British Open Inclusive Para Dance Championships in October.

One Grant of £173 awarded to MK Bucks Korfball Club for equipment. In addition, a Bursary of £300 awarded to a talented tennis player from BucksVision MK.

Two Grants were awarded this month for £500 each to MK Basketball Foundation and MK College.

One Grant awarded this month to MK Gallacticos for sports equipment. Grant of £500 awarded.

One Grant of £500 was awarded to MK Springers to fund equipment for young children and special needs gymnasts

Two Grants have been awarded this month to Leon Leisure Centre and Marshall MK Athletic Club (MMKAC) totaling £945. In addition, two Bursaries were awarded to talented athletes from MMKAC and a player from MK Basketball Foundation. Total of £900 awarded.

Ted Brown is being inducted into the British Powerlifting Hall of Fame for 2022 for his outstanding contribution as an athlete for many years going back to the days of BAWLA. He will shortly be presented with a commemorative award at Moulton College and this will include Honorary Life Membership of British Powerlifting.

Sport MK has awarded a Grant of £631 to New Bradwell Cricket Club for equipment, a contribution of £150 to MK Bucks Korfball Club for a coaching course and a Bursary of £300 to a talented player from MK Basketball Foundation.

This group of 9 children was formed in Sept 2022 and ages range from 6 – 12 years. All children are new to Musical Theatre and recently entered their first grading (Introductory Stage) and agained a mark of 93 (distinction). The judges were so impressed they have been invited to take part in the IDTA Musical Theatre Awards in Blackpool later this year.

One Grant for equipment of £242 awarded to Walton High and £300 awarded to MK Netters to help fund 2 Level 2 Coaching courses.

Two Grants were awarded this month to MK Basketball Association and MK Basketball Foundation. Total of £712 awarded.
