Achiever of the month

Has a member of your club or organisation achieved a major goal or milestone or made a significant specific contribution?

If so, why not recognise this by nominating them for a SportMK Achiever of the Month Award.

• Applications are assessed monthly and a decision confirmed by the Achievers Panel.
• The Panel are looking for achievements that are over and above what the sports person would normally achieve in the day-to-day activity.
• A payment of £50.00 is awarded.
• Winners are recognised on our website and Facebook pages

In order to be considered by the Achievers Panel, applications must be completed on the appropriate Sport Milton Keynes form and the nominees must live in the Milton Keynes Unitary Authority. These forms are available from sportmk.co.uk and should be sent by e-mail only. All applications should be typed.

Nominations must be made by the SportMK affiliated club the nominee belongs to and all affiliations to Sport Milton Keynes should be up to date.

Exceptional achievements can also be recognised by nomination for the Annual Sports Achiever of the Year
