Complaints Policy

We at Sport MK operate strictly within a policy of openness, fairness, and transparency. Your observations are important to us therefore, if you think we are failing you then we need to hear about it, and below is our Complaints procedure policy.


Complaints Procedure

In the first instance members discuss any problems with the Vice Chair by email published on our website.

Thereafter a written complaint to the Sport MK Chair. Again, contact details are on our website.

If the situation has not been resolved, a written complaint should be emailed to the Sport MK President. This will then be investigated and a written response will be made within 28 days of its receipt


All letters/emails of complaint are kept for three years.
